The mastering doesn't sound too bad on this song. i like the motives you used and the melody is nice. It's a little on the boring side though. I say get some better sounds in there and you'll be good. Also download some better samples for your drums, like vengeance, loopmasters, big fish audio, they all sell really good samples if you want free ones, i don't even.
I used the FPC VST which comes standard with FL. I do agree the drums are lacking. I'll get back to it on a rainy day ;)

Sort of... It was kinda a coincidence, I haven't made a song in 6 months and the idea came up at 9/11, and I couldn't make my kicks any louder because if I were to do so, my limiter would cause an unwanted side-chain.
